Information
Invoice and service fee will be charged on all invoices. Please note that German VAT is added to the conference fees in Germany.
The full conference fee includes: coffee breaks, lunch, all sessions, online abstract book and poster session event.
Accommodation, social activities and invoice fee will be charged with German VAT. All prices mentioned are incl. VAT.

Cancellation | conference fee
Total cancellations of the conference fee are permissible free of charge when the cancellation is made in writing to Boesen & Co ApS, no later than the 15 June 2025. After 15 June 2025, full conference fee will be charged.
If you are unable to attend, you may send a colleague in your place.
All cancellation and changes are only valid when in writing and confirmed by both parties.
Cancellation | accommodation
Until 20 July 2025 cancellation will be free of charge. After 25 July 2025 cancellation or no-show will be charged for the entire stay, unless the hotel is able to sell your room to other party.
The deadline for any name, arrival or departure changes is 01 August 2025. After this date it is not possible to make any changes on the individual accommodation.
All cancellations and changes are only valid when in writing and confirmed by both parties.
